"Dana made signing up so incredibly easy. EDIT: I called in to add 2 vehicles I purchased on March 14th. On the phone, I was told that everything was handled and I would be covered under my previous auto policy for 14 days until my insurance cards arrived in the mail. The cards never arrived so I called after about 3 weeks to ask why. I was told they would be there soon so just keep an eye on the mail. The next letter I got was from the DMV saying that I would owe $5 per day that I didn't have insurance on my recently registered cars and now ( April 14) I owe $180 per car for a total of $360 and also if I didn't fix it soon, my license would be suspended. So I call state farm again. They assured me ( and I have the recordings to prove it) that they were going to fix it and would backdate it to March 14th. I don't have the extra money to cover fines that state farm was responsible for so I made sure to continue calling in. Sometimes 3-4 times per week. Eventually Dan barracliffs office told me when I called in that they would infact not be backdating the policy and I would have to cover the fines they caused. I will be putting together a YouTube video with all of the clips from the 30+ phone calls I recorded so that others can listen to the whole process and lies from start to finish. Once I've finished editing it, I will include it in this review at the bottom."
